Motion Graphic Designer
(Full-time)
As a Motion Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging graphics for various media platforms. Your role involves collaborating with creative teams, editing video footage, and applying design techniques to enhance animations. You should have a strong portfolio in digital design, proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects and Illustrator, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Responsibilities
- Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
- Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Collaborate with clients and other team members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest graphic design techniques.
Requirements and Experience:
- X+ years of experience in motion design and graphics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.
- Expertise in using software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Experience in creating and integrating video and audio into design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.
- Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, multimedia design, or related field.
- Professional certification in related software is a plus.
